BRIEF HISTORY

Wutal Enterprises Ltd. is a limited liability company engaged in various aspects of the construction industry. It birthed Wulus Resourses Nigeria Limited and has been in operation for over twenty years in the business of construction and marketing of construction products in Abuja in particular and other places in Nigeria.
Wutal Enterprises limited has its headquarters at No.13 Zaria Street, Garki 2, FCT-Abuja. It is motivated by the concept of quality within affordable resources and projects on date deliverance. The name Wulus is derived from the founder and Chairman/CEO of the company Mr. Olisa A. Uzoewulu with an “s” added at the last four words of the surname wulu(s).

OBJECTIVES

Refusal to engage in projects that possess no completion goals. Believe in the concept that all aspects of construction involve combination of ideas in the chase that in construction possibilities and excellence are achieved within affordable resources available. With the participation in the National Stadium Projects in Abuja and the multi-million Heineken project in Enugu, the Wutal Enterprises Ltd prides itself with the capacity to undertake any project in the construction industry.

Olisa A. Uzoewulu (WULUS) is an American trained economist with a B.Sc and MA in the University of Slippery Rock. Slippery Rock – Pennsylvania and MA in University of Toledo, Toledo Ohio all in the United States of America.
Olisa is very wide traveled in Europe, Asia and lived for a year in the City of Lysin in Switzerland. He worked as an Economic Analyst with the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Northwest Ohio in the City of Toledo. He worked also as Banker.
Back to Nigeria after the Youth Corp Service went into the Private Sector. He assembled a group of technical trained personnel to start a Construction Company. This was a childhood dream and passion. The Father worked in Port Harcourt – Rivers State with the
Colonical P&W Firm as Foreman and later started a Construction Firm – Uzoewulu Construction Company. As a child Olisa accompanied the father to the construction site arranging empty cement bags with an eye on what was going on as the passion for construction developed putting one’s hand in the dust bin, dirty them in the process of creating life out nothing as he chase for wealth process.
